ctcLink @ TCC: The movie

Here’s a little fun for a Friday…

Many of you have been hearing about and discussing the ctcLink project at your spring commission and council meetings.

At the Public Information Commission (PIC) meeting yesterday at Everett Community College, Shawn Jennison–Director of Marketing, Communications and Social Media at Tacoma Community College–shared a video that TCC put together last year to introduce ctcLink on campus. Andy Duckworth, TCC’s ctcLink Project Director plays the lead role (Andy Duckworth as Andy Duckworth). Also starring: TCC President Pamela Transue as Dr. Transue, Clint Steele as Clint, and Will Howard as Security Guy.

This “movie” has been out for a while, so you may have already seen it. If not, enjoy! And, thanks to Andy and Shawn for sharing!

TCC’s ctcLink Video

About ctclinknews

ctcLink is the implementation of a single, centralized system of online functions to give students, faculty and staff anytime, anywhere access to a modern, efficient way of doing their college business. It's about much more than new software. As the current 35-year-old administrative system is replaced, colleges will also align their core business processes with the delivered software solution, making for streamlined, standardized practices across the 34-college system.

GREAT!!! I connected immediately with ctcLink’s transit line concept in this production! How often we who are in the know about a big project start using acronyms at the “D” stage when listeners are still at the “A” platform. Kudos to the Tacoma CC production team for this clever, graphic story!!!!
