Wave 1 Kickoff, take 2

CaptureRound 2 of the Wave 1 Kickoff meetings took place on October 21. This time, Columbia Basin, Grays Harbor and Green River colleges joined the ctcLink project team online to learn more about what activities will be coming up for them, what they need to start thinking about and planning for, and even what they can be doing now to better prepare for their new system ‘go-live’ date (May 2015).

Thanks to all the college executives, staff and faculty who participated–for your feedback and for asking such great questions!

To all you Wave 2 folks out there, you’re next! Be on the lookout for a Wave 2 Kickoff meeting in early December.

About ctclinknews

ctcLink is a single, centralized system of online tools for student services and administrative functions for all 34 community and technical colleges in Washington. In the next several years, ctcLink will be implemented on every campus, providing online tools for everything from admissions to graduation. The first three ("FirstLink") colleges came online in August 2015. A wave of 8 more colleges (cleverly named "Wave 1") will switch over to the new ctcLink system in August 2016, followed by Wave 2 in 2017 and Wave 3 in 2018.
