Continuing Education Information Session Next Week

While the summer-long Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops wrapped up in September, there will still be a few sessions offered here and there as needed to demonstrate certain aspects of the ctcLink system and get feedback from users.

There is one coming up next week focused on Continuing Education. It will be held online October 22 from 10 am to noon. (The session will also be recorded and we’ll provide the link to the recording on the ctcLink College Resources website).

The session will include a walk-through of the Continuing Education functionalities in ctcLink. This will include a review of the student’s online experience of searching for available classes, registering, paying online and viewing their Continuing Education class history. We’ll also discuss configuration and setup of CE courses and classes, including tuition and fee structure in Student Financials.

Detailed information about this session was shared via the ctcLink email distribution lists (SMEs and college teams) but if you are hearing about it for the first time and you are interested, please contact someone on your college ctcLink team for more details and to get the link to the online meeting.

About ctclinknews

ctcLink is a single, centralized system of online tools for student services and administrative functions for all 34 community and technical colleges in Washington. In the next several years, ctcLink will be implemented on every campus, providing online tools for everything from admissions to graduation. The first three ("FirstLink") colleges came online in August 2015. A wave of 8 more colleges (cleverly named "Wave 1") will switch over to the new ctcLink system in August 2016, followed by Wave 2 in 2017 and Wave 3 in 2018.
