Growing interest in BPA Workshops

The Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops continued this week, with good system-wide subject matter expert (SME) participation across all three PeopleSoft pillars. One topic in particular drew quite a crowd of SMEs. The Course Catalog and Schedule of Classes session on Tuesday may have set a BPA workshops record, with more than 30 SMEs attending in person, and another 50+ attending online.

If you missed it and you are interested in how the course catalog and quarterly schedule will be set up in the Campus Solutions software, you can view the recorded session anytime (if you are a college or SBCTC employee). Or, maybe there is another topic you’d like to review: Payroll? Billing? Academic Advising? Links to the recorded BPA sessions can be found on the ctcLink BPA Workshops page. You need to be on your college’s network to access that webpage. Download the “Super Schedule” and you’ll find a column for “WebEx Recording Links” at the far right. There is a tab at bottom left for each pillar (Human Capital Management (HCM); Finance (FIN) and Campus Solutions (CS). Each of those three pillars has its own spreadsheet with a schedule of sessions, weekly presentations, and Business Process Diagrams (BPD), along with the recordings. Check it out!

And, once again, to all you ctcLink SMEs out there…
