New ‘askctclink’ email address

Have questions? Get them answered through our new askctcLink email address: askctclink@sbctc.edu.

We get lots of questions about ctcLink… How will ctcLink training be delivered? We’re in Wave 3; what should we be doing now? Will everyone get a new employee or student ID?

We welcome the questions and want to make sure they get answered correctly and in a timely fashion. To make sure that happens, we’ve set up a new process internally to take the questions in and get the answers out. You don’t need to know about those inner workings, but what you do need to know is the new process includes a new email address: askctclink@sbctc.edu

Use it! Share it around! And please replace this new email address with the previous one that you may have out there in your notes, online, etc. That one was [ctclink@sbctc.edu].

The one to use is askctclink@sbctc.edu!
