Ciber is here!

The Ciber team is on its second week at the Bellevue SBCTC office and it’s been nothing but crazy busy so far (in a good way). Ciber’s Program Director J.C. The full Ciber team will be on board soon.

The ctcLink functional analysts team members continue to collect, review, analyze and catalog the Business Process Documentation they are receiving from colleges. The deadline for that first round of document gathering is today (for existing documents; colleges are not expected to create anything they don’t already have).

In preparation for the ctcLink journey ahead, the ctcLink technology team has begun planning a development environment for legacy data analysis and migration and is also handling some of the logistics for the upcoming business process alignment (global solution) sessions with a soon-to-be-formed system-wide subject matter experts team.

In addition, the ctcLink project team leads have planned out shared workspaces so project team members and Ciber team members are paired up by subject matter area in the same location. Office moves have been ongoing to create this collaborative environment.

(THANKS to SBCTC Help Desk for all the support! With all the moves and getting the Ciber team set up, we’ve kept them busy!).

For you college SMEs out there interested in being involved in the upcoming business process alignment sessions, info is coming out shortly!
