ctcLink Project Manager Jeff Thompson

Jeff Thompson of Collegiate Project Services joined the ctcLink project team this week. Jeff has many years of project management experience with several ERP implementation projects similar to ctcLink, including multi-campus PeopleSoft implementations. Jeff has worked on projects from both the System Implementation vendor side and from the college side. He has played the role of Chief Information Officer at two different universities during an ERP implementation, and will start right away focusing on project startup activities.

“I am excited to get started,” Thompson said. “This is definitely a complex project and there will be challenges, but it’s very doable, especially, given the way the project has been planned and organized so far.”

He added that project startup is one of the most important pieces of a successful ERP implementation and he’s looking forward to beginning the work and being a part of the ctcLink project.
