As HR/Payroll Functional Lead, Rita Lauzon is the latest addition to the ctcLink project team and will oversee all aspects of the successful software integration and business process redesign for ctcLink’s HR/Payroll module.
Rita comes to the ctcLink team with more than two decades of experience supporting community and technical colleges in the use of our legacy HR/Payroll systems. She has been the Payroll/Personnel Management System (PPMS) Support Consultant at what is now SBCTC Bellevue for 21 years and, prior to that, she worked in Admissions and Records at Olympic College for 2.5 years before moving on to the OC Personnel office as a Data Control Technician.
“The expertise she brings and the trust that Rita has developed over her years of supporting our colleges is well suited to the task ahead,” said Tara Keen, ctcLink’s Process/Functional manager. “Rita will work with both the vendor team and college subject matter expert teams to provide HR/Payroll staff across all colleges their greatest opportunity to realize automation and efficiencies in a system that truly offers a full suite of tools to help them do their jobs.”
Rita will transition slowly into the ctcLink team in order to provide support services to her colleagues until that role is filled. But, soon she’ll be leading the charge in the migration to a new system and in the development and alignment of new business processes.
